1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using JustDibz, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use JustDibz. These terms apply to all users including students, teachers, and faculty with a valid .edu email address.
2. Eligibility
You must have a valid .edu email address to create an account. JustDibz is intended for use by students, teachers, and faculty affiliated with accredited educational institutions. By signing up, you confirm that your .edu email is valid and that you are affiliated with that institution.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings. You agree not to harass, scam, or defraud other users. You agree not to use JustDibz for any illegal activity. JustDibz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Listings and Transactions
JustDibz is a peer-to-peer marketplace. We do not own, sell, or ship any items listed on the platform. All transactions are between buyers and sellers directly. JustDibz charges a 5% platform fee on transactions processed through the platform. We are not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.
5. AI Features
JustDibz uses artificial intelligence to assist with listing generation, price suggestions, scam detection, and negotiation coaching. AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional financial or legal advice. DIBZ makes no guarantees about the accuracy of AI-generated content.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology on JustDibz is owned by JustDibz. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of JustDibz without written permission. By posting a listing, you grant JustDibz a non-exclusive license to display your content on the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
JustDibz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of JustDibz, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or personal injury resulting from in-person transactions.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of JustDibz after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
